Deutsches Feingoldhaus specializes in the distribution of precious metals for investment purposes as well as high-quality collector coins. Our customers benefit from a wide product range available on site, expert advice from qualified staff, and our many years of experience in the precious metals trade.

We trade both investment products and numismatic rarities: coins and bars made of gold, silver, platinum, and palladium are bought and sold at current market prices. In the field of numismatics, we offer both current issues from renowned mints around the world as well as the evaluation and purchase of historical coins and entire collections.

To strengthen our team in Berlin, we are looking for a committed personality to join us as soon as possible as:

Customer Advisor / Sales in Precious Metals Trading (m/f/d) 


Your Responsibilities

  • Actively support the team in day-to-day operations
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service in the shop and over the phone
  • Evaluate precious metals (bars, coins, jewelry), including scrap gold purchasing
  • Independently handle customer orders (from delivery note to invoicing)
  • Coordinate interfaces between sales, purchasing, and logistics
  • Manage and maintain our webshop
  • Issue and receive goods
  • General administrative tasks (parcel shipping, master data maintenance, etc.)
  • Organize and conduct regular inventory counts

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in sales/customer consulting, ideally in the precious metals, financial services, or luxury goods sector
  • Confident use of MS Office
  • Knowledge of SAP Business One is an advantage (but not required)
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Professional, friendly, and confident appearance
  • Independent, structured, and precise working style
  • Team spirit and a modern, open, solution-oriented mindset

Executive Assistant (m/f/d)

 

Your responsibilities:

 

  • Direct support of management in day-to-day operations
  • Advising and assisting our clients in the purchase and sale of precious metals such as gold, silver, platinum, and palladium
  • Active support of the entire team in daily business
  • Organization, coordination, and follow-up of appointments, meetings, and business trips
  • Preparation of presentations, reports, and decision-making documents
  • Acting as an interface between management, internal departments, and external partners, clients, and authorities
  • Supporting strategic projects and the implementation of management decisions
  • Organizing events, client visits, and internal meetings
  • Monitoring deadlines, tasks, and follow-ups
  • General administrative and organizational tasks at management level

Your profile:

  • Completed degree (e.g., in business or management) or a comparable commercial qualification
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant, Management Assistant, or in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Good knowledge of SAP
  • High level of service orientation, resilience, and flexibility
  • Strong team spirit and a modern, open, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel internationally

Accountant (m/f/d) 

Your responsibilities:

  • Recording, reviewing, and posting accounting documents (incoming/outgoing invoices, cash, bank, etc.)
  • Handling and ensuring smooth payment transactions
  • Managing the dunning process
  • Assisting with monthly and annual financial statements
  • Maintaining master data and creating orders
  • Acting as a point of contact for internal accounting-related questions

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial education (e.g., business school or accounting certification)
  • Applications from recent graduates and career returners are explicitly welcome
  • Structured, precise, and independent working style
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • Good IT skills (SAP Business One is an advantage)
  • Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and a friendly demeanor
  • Enjoyment in organizing and structuring processes efficiently
